We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or exchange, so we make it easy.
For returns, simply send your order back within 30 days and you will get your money back. It's as easy as that. All we ask is you send the item back in the same condition it was received - new and un-used. In order to process a return or exchange, please call us or send us a message and we will be happy to assist you immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase even if it means returning it.
Exchanges are easy as well. Did you pick the wrong car model or year? Need a different item altogether? No problem. Call us and we will have the correct item on its way and fully refund the incorrect one.
Did we misship your item? Sorry! We're susceptible to human error too. We will cover round trip shipping and get you back on the road with the right part ASAP!
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will automatically be processed and issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Keep in mind, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to post on your account.
If the item is installed and/or defective, please see our easy warranty page. It is our policy to replace all defective parts.
